breathe easy, CAROLINAS
WE'VE GOT THE NOSE FOR MOLD
Welcome to Scent Inspections! We are a Charlotte, NC-based mold detection service with a twist. Our teams are led by certified mold dogs and handlers! That's right, we offer K9 mold inspections that give precise, same day results for your home, office, vehicles, RV, boat, and more.
Serving the Carolinas and beyond, we help you stop guessing and start solving.
WHAT WE DO
PINPOINT MOLD, SKIP THE GUESSWORK
We search and detect toxic mold — even hidden in walls or under flooring. Quickly, accurately, and non-invasively.
One of our teams will arrive at your inspection ready to work. Graham or Fancy will conduct a thorough scent inspection of your property while their handler observes and documents every alert. As NORMI Certified Mold Assessors, Jessica and Reuben will use their knowledge and additional tools to investigate areas further. We’ll walk you through each detection point on-site, answer questions, and offer guidance on next steps.

WHY WE
stand out

CANINE ACCURACY
Our canines have had extensive training to search and detect 16 species of toxic mold, both viable and non-viable. With sharp senses, they're able to locate problem areas that are easily missed by other forms of testing.

STREAMLINED SERVICE
One in home visit. One trained dog. No waiting for answers or lab delays. You'll get inspection findings on the spot, so you can act quickly to protect your home and your families health.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Jessica knows first hand how destructive mold can be. She lived it and watched it slowly destroy her health. She has turned her pain into purpose and her mission is to help families find answers as quickly as possible to regain their health.
Whether you're dealing with unexplained health issues, a persistent odor, or just want peace of mind, we make mold detection clear, simple, and effective—no scare tactics, no upselling, no unnecessary testing.

OUR STORY
Hi! I'm Jessica Greene, and I founded Scent Inspections in 2024 after my own frustrating experience with toxic mold. After experiencing a wide range of severe, unexplained health issues, I was pointed towards mold. Traditional testing left me with more questions than answers—until I discovered the power of K9 detection.
Now as a NORMI Certified Mold Assessor and trained handler, our team brings clarity, compassion, and canine precision to mold inspections across the Carolinas and beyond. Reach out today to learn more about working with us!
